What to Expect:

  • Breathwork Session (9:00 AM - 9:15 AM): Begin your morning with a calming 15-minute breathwork session led by renowned breathwork facilitator, Gemma Rose. Learn to harness the power of breath to center your mind and body.

  • Restorative Yoga (9:15 AM - 9:45 AM): Ease into a gentle, 30-minute restorative yoga practice with Marisol, designed to release tension and leave you feeling balanced and refreshed.

  • Tea Tasting & Turkish Treats (9:45 AM - 10:30 AM): After yoga, enjoy a selection of fine teas curated by Sawubona, including:

    • African Chai: A warm, spicy-sweet blend to awaken your senses.

    • Purple Rain Loose Tea: A lively and aromatic tea that energizes and uplifts.

    • Kenya Black Tea: A strong, malty tea with bold, rich flavors.

    Accompanied by a selection of authentic Turkish delights, lovingly prepared by Mezze, to sweeten the experience.

Please note: attendees are required to bring their own yoga mats for this event to ensure maximum comfort during the session.
